Steps

Wash and soak white dry Lima Beans in water for 4-5 hours.
Then pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
Remove in another bowl. - 2
Now add oil in a pan
Add Carom Seeds and asafoetida for crackle.
Now add chilli Garlic red paste.
Saute well.
Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder and fresh tomato purée with salt.
Saute till oil release. - 3
Add turmeric and coriander powder and mix the gravy well.
Now add Lima Beans together with water.
Give it a nice mix.
Let it boil for another 2-3 minutes,then add fresh coriander and lemon juice,boil for a minute then switch off the flame. - 4
Yummy Lima Beans in red gravy is ready.
Transfer into serving bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve with roti and rice.
Enjoy.
