Some years back I first tested this outstanding item on the way to Agra with my husband.

At first make a dough with maida, one spoon of refined oil, curd, salt,sugar and baking powder. In order to make the dough soft use warm milk. Now keep the dough aside for overnight. In the morning firstly boil chole and matar together in a pressure cooker. Now in a frying pan after heating 2 teaspoon of refined oil add chopped,bay leaves, Dry Chillies, whole garam masala and whole black pepper and fry for 2 Now saute green chillies, chopped ginger,carrot, beans, chopped tomatoes for 5 minutes.

Now add boiled chole matar and all the masalas except garam masala powder. Cook it for 10-12 minutes in low medium flame to make the gravy thick. Now add garam masala and 20 grams of butter. The Chole Matar is ready.

Now after dividing the dough in 10-12 equal pieces make round shape parathas. In the frying pan after heating refined oil and 50 grams of butter fry all the parathas properly.

Now decorating it with salads and coriander leaves, chopped onion spring serve it hot.
