Urad dal ki pakode

Steps

Soak the urad dal for 3-4 hours before preparing. Now grind the soaked urad dal in mix. Do not make paste of it. Granule mixture will be fine.

Now transfer the mixture into the bowl and add salt as you wish for taste and finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped onions and curry leaves and mix it well.

Now take a frying pan and fill oil suitable for deep frying and wait till the oil is heated

After the oil is heated, just sprinkle the dough as small balls into the oil. Fry till it turns golden brown and take out.

You can serve it hot with sauce or desi chutney.
