Fresh okro soup
I love this meal especially for lunch.
Steps

Wash okoro and grate.

Wash pumpkin leaf and slice.
- 3
Wash pepper,onions,ginger,garlic and blend.

Wash beef and drycatfish with salt and boil with maggi for 15 min.

Pour the beef stock in a bowl and rinse the pot with water.

Put pot on fire if the water dries then pour palm oil.

Allow oil to heat for 2 min then add blended,pepper,onions,ginger,garlic.

Stir and allow to fry for 5 min.

Add meat stock,crayfish,and allow to fry for 3 min.

Add okro and allow to boil for 5 min then add pumpkin leaf and allow to heat for 2 more min.

Okro soup is ready,can be served with semo,amala,eba and pounded yam.
