  1. 1 cantuna, 6 oz (drained weight about 4.2 oz/120 g)
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1medium onion, finely chopped and sautéed
  4. 3 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste
  6. Oil

    Add the egg whites to a bowl.

    Beat until stiff peaks form.
