  • 1 packagecream cheese
  • 1 canroasted red bell peppers
  • Chipotle peppers to taste
  • 2 canstuna
  • 2extra-large loaves white sandwich bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Gather all the ingredients.

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the bread and blend until smooth.

    Remove the crusts from the bread.

    In a baking dish, mold, or large plate, spread a layer of the tuna mixture, then a layer of bread.

    Repeat the layers until you use up all the mixture.

    It's ready! Serve with cold pasta salad and refried beans with pork. Perfect for kids' parties.
