Haddock Salad (Chicken option)

Ingredients

  1. 9 ouncesboneless and skinless Haddock filets
  2. 22 ouncessalad mix
  3. 6small tomatoes
  4. 2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  5. 8 ouncespackage of candied pecan and dried cranberries
  6. 15 ounceblack olives
  7. 16 ouncescanned Mandarin orange slices
  8. ---- option-------
  9. 2 poundssliced boneless and skinless chicken breast
  10. 1 tablespoonseasoned salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  12. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put salad mix in a bowl add cheese

  2. 2

    Wash the tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add the berries and nuts

  4. 4

    Quarter the tomatoes and add

  5. 5

    Add the olives and orange slices.

  6. 6

    Fry the chicken and season

  7. 7

    Fry till done

  8. 8

    Get a pan hot add the Haddock

  9. 9

    Season and fry for 3 minutes season with half the seasonings

  10. 10

    Turn and season the other side with the rest of seasoned salt and pepper

  11. 11

    Add salad to a plate

  12. 12

    Add dressing I used my French Dressing of 1700's

  13. 13

    Add Haddock and dress with dressing

  14. 14

    Serve I hope you enjoy!

    Add chicken instead of Haddock if you are making the chicken salad
