Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsabudana/sago
  2. 4 cupsmilk
  3. 4 tbspcream/malayi
  4. sugar as per taste
  5. 3 tbspcashew chopped
  6. 3 tbspresins
  7. 3 tbspalmonds roasted and chopped
  8. 1/2 tspcardmom powder
  9. 1 tsprose water

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana in water for 30minuts then leave it for 1hour

  2. 2

    Take milk in a vessel and add soaked sabudana in it and cook

  3. 3

    Stir it contineously when sago get transpetent textute and milk is halfly reduced add cream and sugar in it

  4. 4

    Add cardmom powder ceshews resins and almonds to it

  5. 5

    Lasly turn of the gas and add rose water

  6. 6

    Serve it hot or chilled and enjoy
