Ingredients

10-20 minutes

4 servings

4pork loin chops
1/4 Cpacked brown sugar
1/8 tcayenne (more if you want it spicier)
1/2 tgarlic powder
1/2 tpaprika
1/2 tsalt
1/2 tblack pepper

Combine all ingredients except the chops in a pie plate.

Press each chop into the spice mixture, making sure to coat each piece.

Cook chops in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5-10 minutes per side, until cooked through, depending on the thickness of the chops.
