Ingredients

  • 330 gflour
  • 180 gsugar
  • 3eggs
  • Salt
  • 200 gnuts
  • Baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix eggs with sugar

  2. 2

    Add flour, baking powder and zest, gently mix with eggs

  3. 3

    Bake once at 180'C as three batons for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Cut the long buns into pieces and bake again for 8 minutes on each side
