Spice diced snail with pepper, bouillon, salt, onions, garlic and ginger can be optional. Cook for 20mins

Heat your pot on fire, pour veg oil; once it's hot add onions sauté for a min then add garlic and ginger,

After about a min add tomatoes and pepper, stir continuously till sauce is dry out

Add snail and the stock, taste to confirm if you should add more bouillon or salt. Allow to cook for another 5 to 7 mins. Turn of heat.

Enjoy snail sauce with anything but today we are going local. Ofada rice it is.
