Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with an equal amount of sake and soy sauce (not listed in ingredients).

Discard the excess marinade and coat with cornstarch (it's okay to knead it in).

Cook in an oiled frying pan (no need to rush to separate them).

Once cooked, they will easily come apart.
