Ingredients

  • 10dates
  • 1/8 cupwater
  • To tastesprinkle of salt
  • 2-3 cupsmelted coconut oil
  • To tastecoconut sugar
  • To tastesprinkle of salt
  • 1 cupcocoa powder
  • Egg-shaped mold

Steps

  1. 1

    Egg-shaped mold-bowl frozen overnight.

  2. 2

    Combine dates, water and salt in food processor. Freeze overnight.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar, salt, and cocoa powder. Let cool, but not until solid.

  4. 4

    Remove mold from fridge. Slowly pour "chocolate" mixture into the bottom. Put in freezer.

  5. 5

    Remove caramel from freezer and mold it into small egg shapes. This is your filling.

  6. 6

    Remove mold from freezer. Put small caramel egg shape inside. Pour remaining chocolate over the caramel.

  7. 7

    Put the whole mixture in freezer

try to not cool down chocolate in fridge just in room temperature. Looks much better ;)
