  1. 3medium carrots
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper or red chili powder
  4. 1 tspsoy sauce, more to taste
  5. 2 Tbspsesame oil

    Slice carrots into thin matchsticks.

    Put in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Massage lightly with your hands.

    Add the cayenne pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl and mix well until everything is coated in the dressing.
