  • 3medium carrots
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspcayenne pepper or red chili powder
  • 1 tspsoy sauce, more to taste
  • 2 Tbspsesame oil

    Slice carrots into thin matchsticks.

    Put in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Massage lightly with your hands.
