Wash the beans nicely, put them in a pressure cooker, leave them cook for 10mins

Remove them from the stove and put them aside to cool.

Take a clean pot, heat oil for a minute, put all the chopped vegetables cover it with a lid for 4 mins.

Stir the mixture twice, then add the cooled beans. add salt to taste and cover it again for 5 mins.

Your yummy kidney beans are ready, serve with chapatis.
