For the chicken ala king Cut the chicken into cubes and sauté(fry in a shallow pan with small amount of vegetable oil) with chopped garlic and ginger add a little black pepper

In another pan add your vegetable oil(moderate quantity) add 1 sliced onions Fry until translucent add 3 tablespoon of flour

Do not allow lump to form add 2 cup of water add the chicken reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30minutes

Add chopped carrot after 10minutes while it sinners bring it to taste by adding grounded pepper salt should be the last thing after it has cooked properly

Allow for 2minutes and remove from heat Serve with fried rice, boiled rice or Irish tomatoes

Parboil the rice allow it to cool down

Put a moderate amount of vegetable oil in spot add 2knorr cubes,curry,green peas, carrot and onions allow it to shimmer for 5 minutes on moderate heat
