Healthy, easy to make and delicious chicken salad that can be served as a main dish or as a side salad.

Cut the roast chicken breast into appropriate sized for chicken salad

Slice 1/4 cumber into appropriate sized for salad
- 3
Mix cut chicken, sliced cucumber and boiled green beans together
- 4
Squeeze 1/4 lemon juice into mixture and add the salt, black pepper and olive oil
- 5
Separate salad into 1 person portions and enjoy!
