Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 400 gMussels
  2. 100 gFresh cream
  3. 50 gSliced spring onion
  4. 5 gChopped garlic
  5. 1finger of sliced chili
  6. 50 mlWhite wine
  7. 10 gButter
  8. 1 gSalt
  9. 1 gPepper
  10. 15 mlOlive oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat olive in pan and add garlic, spring onion and chilly. Apply middle heat level for approximately 3 minutes.

    Add mussels to the pan and allow to cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add white wine and cook until satisfied that alcohol has evaporated.

  4. 4

    Add butter, cream, salt and pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Dish into serving sizes and enjoy!

Is the a option to remove white wine and pour something else as i dnt drink or consume alcohol.
