Cooking Instructions

    Marinade the fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice and rosemary. slice a slanted shape on top of the fish and insert some butter and garlic.

    Put the chopped onions, lemongrass, coriander and slice of lemon inside the fish

  3. 3

    Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 45 minutes in 350F.
