PATIALA KEBABS: Eid is a time for celebration and feasting, and kebabs are a delightful addition to the festive spread. No Eid celebration is complete without some sort of kebab-shami kebab, chapli kebab, seekh kebab, shish kebabs and so on.

Kebabs are versatile-you can customize them with your favourite meats and flavours. They turn average ingredients into something spectacular, delicious and lip smacking.

While all the kebabs mentioned above are a regular option, lets try something different this eid.
Say hello to Patiala kebab. Of course the ingredients are almost the same for any kebab, the technique is different.
Patiala is a flat or slightly curved bottom and straight side pot. Almost all food in Pakistan and India are cooked in a patiala. Patiala is also a city in Punjab province of India and its famous for its Chicken Patiala.

The steps are quite straight forward. Marinate the ground beef with the spices and make kebab patties. Grill the kebabs on the grill pan or bbq and set aside.
Separately, sauté the onion rings and tomatoes with some aromatic spices and toss in the kebabs. Mix and serve.

Luscious, delectable and scrumptious – these are the qualities of Patiala Kebab. The dish is well-spiced and has the perfect amount of heat. It is a great choice to have this Eid.
