Ingredients

  • 5 lbground beef
  • 1 cupfinely chopped white onions
  • 1whole garlic minced
  • 4tbsps. fine bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cupoyster sauce
  • 4tbsps. evaporated milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tsp.ground black pepper
  • 1 tspSmoked paprika
  • 4tsps. fine salt
  • 2 tbsp.worcestershire sauce
  • 3whole eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the ground beef in a large bowl.

    Add all the ingredients together in a separate bowl and mix thoroughly then pour it in with the beef and mix and massage thoroughly.
