Take 2 cup flattened rice in a bowladd water and rinse it strain the water keep it aside for further use.

In a pan heat oil add 1/2 cup peanut roasted slowly then take it in a bowl. Then Add1/2 tsp mustard seeds cumin seeds1/2tsp hing let it splutter.Add curry leaves and green chilli then add 1 /2 cup chopped onion and toss it well and roast it.Add1 /2 tsp turmeric powder add1/2cup roasted peanut.1 tsp salt

Add soaked poha add 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2tsp sugar powder coriander leaves namkeen sev. Now our healthy tasty Kanda poha is ready.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve it.
