Ingredients: 1-1/2 cup fresh heavy whipping cream; 1 cup fresh strawberry chopped; 2 tbsp sugar; 1 tsp lemon juice; 1/2 can condensed milk or adjust as per taste; 5-6 strawberry wash and chopped for garnish; 2 tbsp milk powder

Summer is at its peak..My mom visited my place last month.. During her stay I noticed that she liked icecreams very much..During her stay I made 2-3 types of icecreams but she loved and liked strawberry flavor very much..So this recipe I dedicated to my mom..I gave this recipe to Mom' special Strawberry icecream..

1-1/2 cupfresh heavy whipping cream
1 cupfresh strawberry chopped
2 tbspsugar
1 tsplemon juice
1/2 cancondensed milk or adjust as per taste
5-6strawberry wash and chopped for garnish
2 tbspmilk powder

First we make strawberry sauce for icecream

Wash and chopped strawberry and pour 1 tbsp sugar keep aside

When it leaves water puree it..Heat a pan add strawberry puree add sugar and lemon juice..When it becomes thick in quantity.switch off the flame..Let it cool.

Whip the heavy whipping cream add milk powder whisk it till soft peaks reach

Add condensed milk add strawberry puree and mix well..Fold it gentetly..

Add strawberry chunks and take this icecream mixture in icecream mould..

Garnish it with more strawberry chunks it's optional..

Cover it..Put cling plastic over it by touching icecream so that sugar Crystal doesn't make..

Set it in freezer for 6-7 jours or overnight..Till it sets..

Tadaad your strawberry yummy icecream ready.. Scoop it.. Enjoy it..
