  1. 1 bunchNchanwu(scent leaf)
  2. 1/4 bunchleaf Curry
  3. 2Carrot
  4. 3Fresh pepper
  5. 5Fresh tomato
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1stock cube (knorr)
  8. 1bulb Onions

    PREPARATION wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces

  2. 2

    Carrot:do not forget to slightly scrape before cutting)

  3. 3

    Tomatoes:remove the seeds

  4. 4

    Cut onions into your preferred size, I love to cut mine bigger

  5. 5

    DIRECTION Add a little oil, I used coconut oil; Add onions, pepper, tomatoes, carrot, salt and the stock cube to taste Cover

  6. 6

    Cook on high heat for a minute, reduce the heat while adding the vegetable scent & curry leaf, Stir and turn off the heat

  7. 7

    Your nchanwu sauce is ready. Best served with yam, unripe plantain,sweet potatoes and white rice
