This is an easly prepare food, It is easy and takes a short time to prepare.
Steps

Do the the previous preparation by Washing the onions and tomatoes and Kales and dice the onions and cut the tomatoes and the kales into small pieces.

Then into a pan put 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan and add the diced onions and fry till brown.

Then add the cut kales and fry for 3 minutes

Then into another cooking pan, put 1 tbsp of oil.

Then break the two eggs into a bowl and beat the eggs. Then add the eggs into the pan.

Fry both sides and then to the cooking frying eggs add the diced onions.

Then add the cut tomatoes and continue mixing whilefrying

Then if possible cover the frying pan for two minutes

Fry then continue mixing for one more minute and serve while hot.

To another cooking pan, put 1 cup of water to boil.

Then add the maize flour one at time while mixing. Mix till the Ugali thickens

Then add cover the Ugali for 3 minutes to allow it to cook.

Then serve while hot together with fried eggs and fried kales
