Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupfresh mint leaves
  2. 4-5 tablespoonssattu (roasted gram flour)
  3. 1green chili
  4. 1/2 inchginger
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 teaspoonblack salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin
  8. 1/2 teaspoonchaat masala

    Chop the ginger and green chili and add to a jar. Add mint leaves and grind with 2 tablespoons of water.

    Add sattu and all the spices, then grind with 1/2 cup of cold water.

    Pour into a glass and add as much cold water and ice cubes as desired to adjust thickness. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
