Steps

Take spotless karonda wash pet dry remove stalks then cut into 2 pieces remove seeds keep aside in bowl.

Heat up 1&1/2 cup water in pan add karonda cover it let it boil and cook until soften.

Now strain the karonda through the strainer do not throw the strain water reserve it.

Take a mixer grinder add cooked karonda and make a fine paste transper into plate
Now take reserved water add karonda paste again strain it. - 5
Heat up pan add this pulp into a pan add sugar cook on low flame until it becomes a jam contentsy
Add cinemon stick mix well stir occationly - 6
Now add green cardemom powder mix all well together scrape from edges and mix

Let it cool completely then store it in glass jar.
It should be store out for 6 months and 1 year for in refrigerator. - 8
Enjoy this jam with bread or toast.
