Wrap the prosciutto around the ogorki (polish gherkins)

Handful of baby spinach leaves. Crumble a slice of prosciutto.

Cut avocado in half then cut your boiled egg in half and place egg inside the avocado.

Season with ground peppercorns and a bit of olive oil and lemon juice.
