2 tspYuzu Kosho
1 tsplemon jucie
1 cantuna drained
1 tspmayo (or more if u like it creamy)
4 slicesbread
1Swiss cheese slice folded in two

Mix together Yuzu Kosho and lemon juice. Add tuna mix well add mayo

Heat butter in a pan. Place one slice of bread in pan top with half the tuna mixture. add cheese and bread on top. When golden brown flip until other side is toasted
