In a mixing bowl mix together wheat flour, maida, oil, chily flakes, oregano & salt, knead to a soft dough. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal sized ball.

Roll into a roti, place it on a griddle (tava), keep the flame off, add bell peppers and onion, season with chat masala, oregano, and red chili flakes, sprinkle with cheese, cap it with another roti, seal the sides using a fork.

Switch the flame on, roast from both sides using little butter.

Sprinkle some cheese and allow to melt.

Pizza paratha is ready.

Cut into 4 pieces.

Serve with you choice of beverage.
