Steps

Peel and chop onion into big pieces, cut tomatoes into big pieces, remove seeds from red chilli and keep it aside.

Take one mixer grinder jar add chopped onion, tomato,dry red chilli, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper, cloves, garlic, ginger, green chilli and grind it into smooth paste.

Switch on the gas keep one kadahi on it pour 3 tablespoons of oil let the oil warm now add ground paste in the kadahi and saute till masala properly cook and oil separated.. now add clean and washed chicken liver in the masala and mix it. Saute for 4- 5 minutes.

Now add dry masala like chicken masala powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder, Red chilli powder and mix well add salt too and again mix well. Now pour required amount of water and Cook chicken liver till fully cooked on medium heat. When chicken liver gets tender switch off the gas. Chicken liver masala is now ready to serve. Serve with roti and rice.
