First of all wash mushroom then cut into pieces. Also cut baby corns,carrot tomatoes and onion now for preparation of a gravy where grind tomato,onion,ginger, garlic and cashews and making fine paste

Now take a pan and keep on medium flame then add little bit oil and add chopped mushroom baby corn and carrot and soute it for 2 to 3 minutes. After 3 minutes remove soute material in plate and then add butter in pan now in that butter and khada masala like dalchini,bay leaves and cardamom.

Now add grinded puree then add red chilli powder garam masala kasuri methi salt and sugar. Mix it well and then add soute mushroom baby corn and carrot in it. Mix it well and keep it on medium flame for next 5 to 7 minutes simultaneously and fresh cream in it so that it gives rich texture to our gravy. Serve hot with rice, chapati,Naan phulka
