This is the easiest recipe to make mutton liver and it always comes out super yummy. In a wok add oil when gets heated add bay leaves and then chopped onions and saute them. Cook till it gets a brown colour just like birista. Then add the mutton liver and salt and saute well. Make sure to wash the liver very well. Take out all the impurities and blood from it. Wash it 5-6 time then drain all the water from it. When the liver is not washed properly the taste after cooking will never be good.

Cook it very well until all the water dries out and the oil comes on surface. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix it well again cook it till the oil ooze out. Meanwhile grind the whole spices along with powdered spices and make a paste out of it. Then add this paste to the mutton liver mix it and cook it till the oil cones out. Then add the chopped tomatoes and mix it again. Till now the flame is on high but now lower the flame cover it and cook it till the tomatoes get tender.

Stir it between dry all the water from it. The more it will be bhunofied the more tasty it will become. Finely add the slit green chillies and coriander leaves to it and mix it again. And it's done serve it hot with roti, paratha, poori or the way you like.
