Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the bottom.

Wash the vegetables. Slice the zucchini into rounds, leaving the skin on, and cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Scatter the feta cheese over the vegetables. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour the mixture into the tart pan.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) until set and golden.
