Ingredients

1 hour 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C)
Serves 6 servings
  • 1 sheetpuff pastry
  • 2eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2zucchini
  • 3tomatoes (depending on size)
  • 2 handfulsshredded Swiss cheese (Gruyère)
  • Feta cheese, diced
  • 1 1/4 cupsmilk (about 300 ml)

Steps

1 hour 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C)

    Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the bottom.

  2. 2

    Wash the vegetables. Slice the zucchini into rounds, leaving the skin on, and cut the tomatoes into wedges.

  3. 3

    Scatter the feta cheese over the vegetables. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour the mixture into the tart pan.

    Bake at 400°F (200°C) until set and golden.
