Ingredients

  • Deep fry or fry
  • 2-3egg tofu
  • Mince pork marinade
  • 150 gramsmixed pork
  • 1 tsplight soy sauce
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  • 1 tspcorn flour
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • Fry
  • 6small dried shitake mushrooms
  • 20 gminced ginger
  • 4big garlic cloves crushed
  • 1-2small shallots minced
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tbspshaoxing cooking wine
  • 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspdark soy sauce
  • Garnish
  • 1 stalkspring onion chopped
  • 1red chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice and fry tofu

  2. 2

    Fry "fry" ingredients

  3. 3

    Add marinated minced pork to pan

  4. 4

    Add sauce

  5. 5

    Add 1 and 1/2 cups of water

  6. 6

    Add potato starch to thicken
    1 tbsp potato starch + 2 tbsp water

  7. 7

    Add back the tofu

  8. 8

    Add the garnishes
