  • 100 grammasoor dal
  • 1/2 cupmustard oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped onion
  • 2 tspbesan
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tomato

    First wash the masoor dal well.Then boil the masoor dal so that there is no water.

    After that mix it well with chopped onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves salt and besan.After that take a little mixture from the daal mixture and form into kabab in the palm of your hand.Then fry it.Give oil fry the kabab when the oil is hot.
