Here I've combined maize/corn flour, atta and is enhanced with kasuri methi and warm Indian spices.
Sugar and garlic are the not so secret ingredient that gives these vada the unique influence and takes the flavour to the stratosphere!

Steps

Make all the flours,cooked rice and masala in the Bowl.
Mix well and Knead soft dough using curd and give the rest for 5-7 minutes. - 2
After resting, make a small equal size ball on plastic and spread a little with the fingers and apply sesame seeds on vada.

Heat the oil,
Add 1 or 2 vada at a time and fry on medium heat oil.
Remove in the bowl. - 4
Vada is ready.
Take green chutney and tomato sauce in the bowl and mug of tea.
Serve in a dish with vada.
Enjoy Tea time or Morning breakfast..
