Ina pan add cleaned jamun and water and let it boil.
Seeds will become separate after some time.
(just need to crush jamun with spatula) - 2
Remove pulp and put it into mixer grinder.
Grind till smooth paste.
Add that jamun paste into pan again, add sugar and lemon juice then let it cook till become thick.
(You can avoid sugar but for the consistency I added some) - 3
Then put this mixture into flat surface, like plate or silicon mat. Let it sun dry
(At this stage you can make jamun papad as well, if sun dry as long) - 4
But now on this rainy season it's difficult to do so.
So I dried it for 1 day and remove this paste from plate, then add salt pepper powder and cumin powder mix it well.
And put it on ice cream stick. - 5
And it's ready to enjoy. Kids love this candy as its tangy, tasty and jamun flavoured.
