1 tbspchopped garlic 🧄

2-1/2 cupwarm water
1/2 tspsoya sauce optional

Heat oil in a pan add garlic 🧄 sauté it for 2 minutes now add all veggies sauté it for 3-4 min on high flame 🔥

Add roasted oats powder mix it add warm water, Salt and pepper powder cook till little thick not very thick
