Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupmoong bean sprout
  • 1/2 cupBasamati rice
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 inch stickGinger
  • 2Green chilli
  • Salt- to taste
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak moong bean sprout and basmati rice for 4 - 5 hours.
    Drain and make a paste.

    Add green chilli,ginger and salt and one cup of water to make a batter.
    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add one tbsp batter and spread it.
    Drizzle one tsp oil.

    Flip it and cook both the sides.
    Serve hot.
