Cut your carrot, vegetable, cabbage and set aside, grate your onion and pepper.
You can blanche your vegetable.
- 2
Add oil in you pan already on low heat, add the grated pepper and onion and allow to fry a bit. Then add water and your cabbage, vegetable and carrots (so it won't be too strong)(in small quantities)
- 3
Add you crayfish, seasoning, Indomie spices, grounded pepper to the water and allow to boil.
Add the Indomie and allow to cook, do not allow the water to dry up, if it's too small add water.
