Everytime I think aaj kuch naya banaya jai, And I made this raita. It's not only looking good it is so delicious that I really don't want to share with anyone. It's very healthy too. This recipe rock this summer. #globalapron
Interesting Beetroot Salad/Raita
Everytime I think aaj kuch naya banaya jai, And I made this raita. It's not only looking good it is so delicious that I really don't want to share with anyone. It's very healthy too. This recipe rock this summer. #globalapron
Steps

1. Put beetroot, ginger, green chilli, pudina leaves, coriander leaves, roughly chopped in a chopper.
2. 2 tsp yogurt again mix in chopper.
3. Take a serving bowl, pour leftover the yogurt.
4. Add beetroot mixture.
5. For tempering ::
a. Prepare the tadka by heating oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds or jeera, hing and curry leaves. Let it sputter in a minute or two.
6. Transfer the tadka to the salad bowl and give it a mix.
Now its ready to serve. Enjoy 👍🏻
