Wash & dry Bhendi and Capsicum. Cut the Bhendi in small round pieces. Capsicum cuts in square pieces.

Take the Bhendi & Capsicum in a microwave proof bowl Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame for tempering. Add the hing. When oil is hot it's poured on bhendi Capsicum pieces.

Then add the mint coriander chutney. Mix well.

Add all the masala ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle some water and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.

A very tasty nutritious * Bhendi Capsicum Subji.* is ready for serve.
