Fresh Tuna Tostadas

These tostadas are my take on a dish served at a seafood restaurant I really like. It's a very easy recipe to make and looks impressive. The marinade gives the tuna a delicious flavor. Use a very sharp knife to cut the tuna so it doesn't break apart, or slice it while it's partially frozen.

Steps
- 1
Prepare the ingredients. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, Maggi seasoning, lime juice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Cut the tuna into small cubes.
- 2
Mix the tuna with the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. I use baked nopal tostada shells with chia and flaxseed, which are delicious.
- 3
Slice the avocado and place it on the tostada shells, or mash and spread it. Top with the marinated tuna. Garnish with crispy fried onions. Enjoy!
