In a pressure cooker apply little ghee & put Sweet potato 🍠 & potato cove the lid & remove whistle & keep on gas on slow flame till 20 min every five minutes hold ur pressure cooker & move it
After 20 minutes remove it& keep aside after cooling peel it & mash it - 2
In a bowl add mashed sweet potato 🍠, potato & all other ingredients & mix it

Make desired shape cutlets & roll it in Makhana coarse powder
Heat nonstick pan apply genres amount of ghee & roast both side till crispy & golden color - 4
Serve hot with blended yogurt & green chutney
