Ingredients

  • 50 gNutcessity nut butter (I used Himalayan Salted)
  • 125 gShredded Wheat
  • 80 gVegan dark chocolate (I used enJoy raw organic)
  • 50 gCoconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    On a low heat, combine the chocolate with the oil.

  2. 2

    When incorporated, turn off the heat and stir in the nut butter.

  3. 3

    The fun bit: smash all the shredded wheat up into small bits and stir into the chocolate mix.

  4. 4

    Spoon into 5 muffin cases and store in the fridge...

  5. 5

    Eat & be happy...
