Pour 2 cups of water in a sufuria and put over a medium heat then add a pinch of salt and 1 tbs of oil then let the water boil and add rice to cook. Check the rice from time until its cooked.

In another cooking pan put oil then place it over medium heat. Wait for one minute until the oil heats up and add the whisked eggs.

Wait until one side is cooked and turn it over and add onions.After 2 minutes of turning the eggs to ensure they mix with the onions add the tomatoes.

Then stir the mixture for 3 minutes and then add a pinch of salt and cover it for two minutes and then serve while hot.
