Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil, add the garlic and cherry tomatoes, and sauté lightly. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, then add paprika and oregano. Cook until the potatoes are halfway done, adding water as needed.

When the potatoes are halfway cooked, add the chicken breast cut into cubes. Add more salt if needed. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, and add a little water if necessary.

Finish cooking and serve.
